Terms of Use

• No Third-Party Beneficiaries
  You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.
• Severability
  If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
• Entire Agreement
  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GrindZone and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
• Force Majeure
  GrindZone shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond GrindZone's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
• No Waiver
  GrindZone's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by GrindZone in writing.
• Headings
  The section headings and subheadings contained in these Terms are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the terms hereof.
• Construction
  These Terms shall be construed without regard to any presumption or rule requiring construction or interpretation against the party drafting an instrument or causing any instrument to be drafted.
• Survival
  The following sections shall survive any termination of these Terms: Ownership of Content; User Content; Warranty Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity; Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; and General Terms.
• Legal Compliance
  You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of the Services and the GrindZone Content.
